Theron Craig York

Theron Craig York “Yonks”, 70, of Greencastle, passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Born February 28, 1950 in Greencastle, he was the son of Theron Robert and Neva Belle (DeFries) York and was a graduate of Greencastle High School “Class of 1969”. Craig worked as an injection mold technician at Heartland Industries for several years and had previously worked at Union Carbide. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge and the Moose Lodge, Greencastle. Craig is survived by his brother, Timothy Ray (Cynthia) York; companion, Kathryn Potter; nieces, nephews and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Brick Chapel Cemetery. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Moose Lodge on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, October 9th at the funeral home.
