

On Sunday, November 30th 2025, our beloved mother Aileen Robinette Fezell, age 96, was called home to be with the Lord. She lived a life rooted in faith, devoted to Christ, and guided by the teachings of the Holy Bible. Aileen was a woman of unwavering belief, whose love for the Lord shone through every aspect of her life. She found joy in prayer, strength in scripture, and peace in the promises of eternal life. She shared faith through kindness, compassion, and an unyielding trust in God’s plan. She now rests in the arms of the Savior, free from pain, rejoicing in the presence of the Almighty.
She attended First Baptist Church and Towering Oaks Baptist Church as long as her health permitted.
She was preceded in death by her parents: O. B. and Irene Dearing Robinette and her spouse: Franklin Dudley Fezell.
She is survived by her children: Lynda Reynolds (Steve), Debra Cox (Mitchell), Doug Fezell (Misty), and Kelley Dabbs (Todd); grandchildren: Stephan Reynolds, David Cox, Ryan Cox, Ashlynne Bailey, Drew Fezell, Dougie Fezell, Brandon Cox, Derrik Thornton, Ellandro Dabbs, Isaiah Dabbs, Jordan Dabbs and Braxton Dabbs; several great grandchildren: Caitlin and Hunter Reynolds, Jack, Rowan, Liam Bailey, Trinity, Kennedy, Seth Cox, Carlie Ray and Colton Cox, Isaac and Montrelle Dabbs.
Special thanks to all her friends who brought food and their prayers and Smokey Mountain Hospice for their care and the caregivers.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Wednesday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens with Rev. Joey Tillery officiating.
Family and friends are asked to meet at 12:15 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill to go in procession to the cemetery.
