

He was a mechanic by trade as long as his health permitted.
Mr. Sentelle was a member of Mt. Bethel Free Will Baptist Church.
He spent 8 years in the U. S. Army specializing in firefighting and received many medals, awards, and decorations including Army Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge, and Sharpshooter Marksman Qualification Badge.
Survivors include his wife: Suzan Sentelle; three wonderful sons: Dominick, Justin and Damion Sentelle; mother: Juanita Sentelle; three brothers and a sister-in-law: Billy Sentelle, Bobby and Rebecca Sentelle, Johnny Sentelle; a sister and brother-in-law: Patricia and Gar Cutshaw; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law: Randy Allen, Tommy and Cathy Allen, Hattie Allen; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Johnny and Amma Ridinger; aunts and uncles: Beatrice Fillers, Ruby Cantrell, John Fillers, Linda Sentelle, Pauline Regan, Rev. Billy and Faye Cutshall; special nieces and nephews: Tyler, Jasmine and Colton Sentelle, Mikayla Cutshaw, and numerous other nieces and nephews; and special friends: Carol Woodfin, James Slagle, April Covington, Daniel Cantrell, and many others.
He was preceded in death by his father, Billy S. Sentelle; brother, Roy Dale Sentelle; a sister, Linda Gail Sentelle; grandparents, Roy and Julie Cisco Fillers and Dale and Nora Elizabeth Sentelle; and an uncle, Howard Regan.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm Friday, October 23, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Raymond Perry and Rev. Stephen Aiken officiating.
Interment will follow in Andrew Johnson National Cemetery. The Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct a military graveside service.
Pallbearers will be Billy Sentelle, Bobby Sentelle, Johnny Sentelle, Tyler Sentelle, James Slagle, Josh Dyer, Randy Allen, and Charles Edmonds.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Wounded Warrior Project at the American Patriot Bank.
