He was employed by Quality Assurance, formerly known as DTR.
Survivors include his father, Charles Edward Franklin, Jr. of Brunswick, GA; brother, Charles Edward Franklin, III (Jill) of Brunswick, GA; a nephew, Robert Franklin; a niece, Ashley Franklin; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Judy Reynolds Franklin.
There will be no formal services.
