

She retired from Newport Manufacturing Company and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Rader was a member of the Jehovah Witness Congregation.
She enjoyed cooking and was an avid quilt maker. She loved music and would dance at every opportunity and she loved to go fishing.
She was born in Carthage, Missouri to the late Phillip Oswald Fellers and Julia Etta Dyer Fellers.
Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Carol and David Fox of Newport and Shirley and Norman Ricker of Greeneville; son and daughter-in-law: Gary and Betty Rader of Greeneville; grandchildren: Timmy Fox and wife, Jenelle, Davy Fox and wife, Regina, Gina Crum and husband Chad, Andy Ricker and wife, Jessica, Marsha Parkins and husband, Josh, Kevin Rader and wife, Amber, Leann Tiller and husband, Luke, and Brittany Gayhart and husband, Michael; 15 great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews to whom she was affectionately known as “Aunt Tommie.”
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Rader, three brothers, two sisters, and a granddaughter, Jennifer Crum.
The family will receive friends from 4pm-6pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 6:00 pm Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Richard Robinson and Jackie Seaton officiating.
Interment will be at 2:00 pm Sunday in Harned Chapel Cemetery in Parrottsville. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great grandsons.
