Betty Fillers

She was a wife, mother and homemaker.

Mrs. Fillers was a member of Solomon Lutheran Church for 64 years.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years: Frank Renner Fillers; four daughters and two sons-in-law: Dianna Shipley, Elaine and Jack Ottinger, Crystal and Grant Dunn, Kimberly Fillers; a son and daughter-in-law: Mike and Jodi Fillers; grandchildren and spouses: DeAnna and David Martin, Nannetta and Chris Cutshall, Lynette Crum, Jaymie and Mitchell Wilhoit, Laura and Shawn Kirkpatrick, Michael Fillers, Kimberlyn Dunn and Kaitlyn Dunn; great grandchildren: Dawson Martin, Dalaina Martin, Mason Crum, Austin Carpenter, Travis Wilhoit; a brother and sister-in-law: Ken and Floss Bowers; sister-in-law: Jean Bowers; special aunt: Viola Humphreys; special friend: Brenda Malone.

She was the daughter of the late Ramon and Rosetta Solomon Bowers and was preceded in death

by a brother, Paul “Bud” Bowers; a son-in-law, Dean Shipley.

The funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2011, at Solomon Lutheran Church. Rev. Jimmy Fillers will officiate. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be her nephews: Jackie Bowers, Mark Bowers, Chris Bowers, Bryan Bowers, J.D. Bowers, Aaron Bowers and

Bodie Bible.

Honorary pallbearers will be the members of Solomon Lutheran Church.

The family will receive friends 2 - 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Solomon Lutheran Church preceding the funeral service.
