

She was retired from Takoma Hospital.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Greeneville and the Pioneer Club of Tusculum College.
Mrs. Horne is survived by her husband: Ralph Horne; daughter and son-in-law: Pam and Tony Maggio of Greeneville; son and daughter-in-law: Doug and Brenda Horne of Huntington, West Virginia; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Clara Prevatt of Leesburg, Florida, Stacy Overbay of Waynesville, North Carolina, Neta and Steve Vance and Margie and Oscar Larkins of Kingsport, Fred and Jane Horne of Blountville, and Betty and Mike Pleasant of Telford, Tennessee; five aunts: Dorothy Cris of Knoxville, Tennessee, Margaret Tench of Thomaston, Georgia, Julia Hogan of Whitesburg, Tennessee, Ethel Hutton of Greeneville, and Mayme Pectol of Kingsport; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was the daughter of the late W.L. and Kathleen Hogan Hutton.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2011 in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Dr. David Green officiating.
Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery.
Her pallbearers will be Johnny Hutton, Steve Alexander, Carl Belcher, Bruce Love, Buddy Luttrell, and Jack Kilday.
