Carol Lynn Gabelmann

Carol was a longtime member of Solomon Lutheran Church.

She, along with her husband, owned East Tennessee Hearing Aid Center for over 20 years and was the General Manager at Comfort Inn for over 10 years.

She is survived by her daughters, Caroline “Sissy” Rabern and Christina Saunders; grandchildren, Jimmy (Christina) Crawford, Ricky (Sam) Crawford, Anthony McDaniel, Wolfgang Rabern, Heather Waite, Noel Saunders, and Holly Saunders; and great-grandchildren, Addison Crawford, James Crawford, Cammie Crawford, Kylie Fry, Mayleigh Crawford, Oaklynn Crawford, and Lakelee McDaniel.

Carol is preceded in death by her husband, Richard “Gabe” Gabelmann; son, Wayne Martin; daughter, Lara Crawford-McDaniel; and brother, Mike Harriet.

The family will receive friends Friday 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday 11am in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel, officiated by Pastor Larry Moore.

Interment will follow at Solomon Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Crawford, Ricky Crawford, Anthony McDaniel, Wolfgang Rabern, Sean Rabern, Nick Baumann, Mike Baumann, and Clarence Miller.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
