Wayne was employed as a parts manager for several car dealers and a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Jennings; his parents, Nona and Dule Jennings; a brother, Billy Jennings; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Beverly and Phillip Kelley; a grandson, Dalton Kelley; in-laws: Russell and Francis Kinser, Fannie Shipley, and Connie Shelton; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday, September 3, 2025 at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 2:00 pm in the funeral home chapel with interment to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. Pastor Jeffrey Gibson will officiate.
Pallbearers will be Steve Kinser, Brian Shipley, Kendall Shipley, Brandon Kinser, Richard Adams, and Mickey Ellis.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
