

She was employed at Greene Valley Development Center (Pinewood Cottage) as a developmental technician/certified nursing assistant.
Mrs. Ryans was an active member of Jones Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, where she served in the Acolyte and Youth Ministries, the Missionary Society, and as a Deaconess.
She was a 1977 graduate of South Greene High School and attended East Tennessee State University.
Survivors include her husband: Ronnie Ryans; children: Yvonne M. Hamilton (Matthew Roberts), Jennie (Mickey) Dillon, Naklon Ryans, Kysha Moton, special sons, DD and Jamieson Hamilton; grandchildren: Donavan Barner, Karington Hamilton, Kadence Roberts, Ahryan Dillon, Anthony Dillon, Ari’yanna Moton, Moziah McKinney and Javin Chester; parents: Billy Mack and Anna Barner and Don and Nancy Hamilton; brothers: Jerome (Robin) Arnett, with special mention that Robin was more than a sister-in-law but a very close sister, Randy (Lisa) Barner, Keith (Nina) Miller; special sister: Anna Eason; brothers-in-law: Eric (Lottie) Ryans, Charles Ryans, Jeffrey Ryans; sister-in-law: Lisa Barner; nieces: Rachel Arnett, special mention: Marshanna Eason, Allison Barner and Jessica Studstill; nephews: Carlos Arnett, special mention: Jason Champion, Preston Latham; and truly a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, Godchildren and friends with special mention of Denise Walker and Sydney Schofield;.
She was preceded in death by her biological parents, LT and Media Ruth Arnett; brothers, Bobby Blue and Kevin C. Barner; and her grandparents, William and Josephine Eason, Robert and Gladys Arnett.
The family will receive friends 10-12am Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be in Pruitt Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Allen Barner, Carlos Arnett, Jason Champion, DD Hamilton, Jamieson Hamilton, Michael Hamilton, and Matt Smith.
Honorary Pallbearers are Roderick Mills, Craig Woods, Chester Kelly, James Stokley, Alan Patterson, Eric Ryans, Chuck Ryans, Jeffery Ryans, T. A. Hamilton, Dr. Kenneth Susong, and the men of Jones Memorial A.M.E. Zion church and Ryans Construction Company.
The family would like to express their appreciation for all the prayers, phone calls and concerns during their time of bereavement and sends a special thanks to the staff of GVDC-Pinewood Cottage and Takoma Regional Hospital’s ICU staff, physicians, and nursing staff.
