Clarence Brown

He was retired.

Mr. Brown was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Cecil and Jeannie Brown; daughter and son-in-law: Edith and Calvin Malone Jr.; grandchildren: Olivia Rhea Lamons and Sheena Malone; great grandchildren: Brent Lamons and Madeline Busler; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Maynard Brown, Elmer and Sharon Brown of DeKalb, Illinois, Leona Brown of Malta, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years: Zolabyrd Hensley Brown; his parents: Tee Rome and Imogene King Brown; and twelve siblings.

The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Monday at 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Stephen Rutherford officiating.

Interment will be at 10am Wednesday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 9:30am Wednesday to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Johnson, Heraldean Fortner, Chester Brown, Gene Smith, Roger Sahlin, David Hensley, Cecil Brown, and Calvin Malone Jr.
