

He retired form Don Smith/Gateway Ford after more than 25 years.
He was of the Christian faith. He attended church as long as his health permitted.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years: Wanda Tweed; daughter and son-in-law: Trina and Larry Garritt; son and daughter-in-law: Danny and Tina Garber; daughter and son: Tabby Tweed and Billy Tweed of the home; grandchildren: Brooke and Jory Ramirez, Kasey and Nick Haire, Brandi Davis, Brandon Garber, Macy Garber, Seirra Garber, and Adam and Danica Wilhoit; two great grandchildren: Winry Ramirez and Kylinn Davis; brother and sister-in-law: Guydean and Darlene Tweed of Manass, Virginia; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and several nieces and nephews; a good friend: Mark Thompson; and his special puppy: Pebbles.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Loueda and Julius Tweed; his sister: Gwyn Wills; and his brother: Carson Tweed.
The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2pm Wednesday, March 5, 2014, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Henry Beach and Rev. Claude Swatzell officiating.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Nick Haire, Robert Sane Jr., Jerome Gibson, Leonard Hensley, Jerry Hensley, Robert Sane Sr., and Brandon Garber.
Honorary pallbearers are the staff at the Dialysis Center of Greeneville and the staff at Takoma ER.
