Dahl G. Kirk

Mr. Kirk attended Horse Creek Church of God.

He retired from Magnavox – Five Rivers, after more than 41 years of service.

He loved to pitch horse shoes as long as his health permitted.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years: Juanita Kirk; two sons and daughters-in-law: Tim and Lisa Kirk of Afton and Randy and Leanne Kirk of Greeneville; grandchildren: Adam, Emily, Megan, and Jacob Kirk; sister and brother-in-law: Norma Jean and Clifford Brown of Chuckey; brother and sister-in-law: Calvin and Virginia Kirk of Chuckey; two brothers-in-law: Tommy Bowman and Wendell Broyles of Greeneville; sister-in-law: Helen Cutshaw of Greeneville; and a special aunt by marriage: Edith Waldrop.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lude and Roselee Kirk.

The family will receive friends from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:30 pm Thursday at the Horse Creek Church of God with Rev. Bobby Morrison officiating.

Interment will follow in Horse Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Adam Kirk, Jacob Kirk, Tommy Bowman, Jim Steele, Devin Mashburn, and Scott Humphreys.

Honorary pallbearers are Richard Kirk, Chris Bowman, and members of the Horse Creek Church of God.
