Mrs. Kelley was a member of Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church for many years.
Mrs. Kelley was the widow of Gene Kelley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Proctor and Ella Mae Rambo; daughter, Diane Stewart; two sisters, Reta Kelley and Janet Moncier; and one brother, Dick Rambo.
Survivors include nephews and wife, Gary and Milta Rambo and Doug Rambo; sister-in-law, Pat Rambo; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Cooky and John Crum; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law: J.C. and Carolyn Kelley.
There will be a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Dolphus Cutshaw officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Gary Rambo, Doug Rambo, D.J. Rambo, Cody Rambo, Mark Swatzell, and Jim Crum.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Tabor Cemetery Fund.
