She was the owner and operator of D&L Produce.
She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren, whom she adored dearly.
Survivors include a daughter: Leslie Rocel of the home; step-son: Melvin Seaton; three grandchildren: Matthew Rocel and Abigail Rocel of the home and Jimmy Seaton of Greeneville; a very special friend: Leonard McGill; a brother: Bobby Britton of Greeneville; and a sister: Linda Swatzell of Afton.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Gene Seaton; her parents: George and Grace Loraine Britton; a sister: Anna Mae Bird; and two brothers: Kyle Britton and Howard Britton.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Rex Miller and Rev. Bob Simpson officiating.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jason Starnes, Frankie Britton, David Britton, Raymond Britton, Jimmy Seaton, and Randy Gass.
Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Charles Montgomery, Dr. Hubert Ladly, and the staff of Holston Valley Hospital.
