

She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Taylor was a member of Sinking Springs Lutheran Church.
She wrote in the “society page” of the Greeneville Sun for the Sinking Springs community .
She loved everyone and gave of herself tremendously. She had a card ministry for years,
sending cards to people who were ill.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Billy and Bobbie Taylor; three grandchildren: Michael James Taylor, Chucky Rollins, Jr., and Jamie Carol Harris; three great grandchildren: Paula Ann Taylor, Katie Leann Harris, and Chelton Tra Rollins; one sister and brother-in-law: Shirley and Floyd Wright; a brother: Kenneth Carlisle; a special niece: Linda Johnson;
nieces and nephews: Brian Wright, Tim Wright, Linda Johnson, David Hale, Kathy Carlisle, Jeanie Carlisle, Lesia Carlisle, and Robin Carlisle.
She was the daughter of the late Harley and Louise Carlisle and was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Taylor; a son, Charles E. “Runt” Taylor; two sisters, Anna Louise Hale, Mary Frances Carlisle; and her “second mother”, Linda Knipp.
The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 10, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Don Fritz and Rev. Tim Wright will officiate. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, in Sinking Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery Wednesday afternoon for the committal service.
