Elsie Rachel Ragan Renner

She was a life-long member of St. James Lutheran Church.

She is survived by: one daughter and son-in-law: Dexter and Sheila Goins; seven grandchildren and spouses: Derrick and Katie Goins, Adam and Kelly Goins, Bryant and Katie Long, Pooja Goins, Zoey Goins, Kyle Goins, and Kali Goins; nine great grandchildren: Cori Moore, Chloe Goins, Dakota Goins, Megan Moore, Rachel Aurora Goins, Gabriel Goins, Hunter and Dakota Long and Serenity Goins; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Sue Bowers, Glenn and Nancy Renner, Aldon Myers, Kenny and Sandy Renner, and Diane and Milton Parham.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years: James Lee Renner; infant son: Milo Renner; parents: Robert and Nora Ragan; mother-in-law and father-in-law: Haskell and Sibyl Renner; brothers: George and Carl Ragan; sisters: Leona Fair, Pauline Anderson, Fanny Norton and Thelma Holt; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Harvey and Jean Renner, Delbert Bowers, Herbie Waddell and Marlene Myers; and great granddaughter: Abby Jennings.

The family will receive friends on Friday 10 am to 2 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the Chapel of Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Moore and Rev. Tommy Collins officiating.

Interment will follow in the St James Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Nancy Woods, Mike Renner, Russell Renner, Chris Renner, Larry Waddell, Andrew Holt and Kent Goins.

Honorary pallbearers are all of her nieces and nephews.
