Elsie Tweed

She was retired.

Mrs. Tweed was a member of Wallace Memorial Baptist Church in Knoxville.

Survivors include her husband of 68 years: Casey J. Tweed; a son and daughter-in-law: Steve and Mary Tweed of Nashville; three grandchildren: Steve Tweed and wife, Amber, of Sevierville, Justin Tweed and wife, Terra, of Knoxville, and Casey Tweed of Nashville; several great grandchildren; a sister and brother-in-law: Ada and Rob Tarlton of the Houston Valley Community; four sisters-in-law: Jean Warren, Christine Warren, Carolyn Warren, and Geneva Ellis; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was the daughter of the late Sidney E. and Flota Waddell Warren and was preceded in death by six brothers: Johnny Ellis, Howard Ellis, Bill Warren, J.D. Warren, Junior Warren, and Virgil Warren; one sister: Lois Arrington; and two infant sisters.

The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Raymond Cantrell officiating.

Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
