Franklin Hugh L. Parker, 87, of Greeneville, TN passed away on September 2, 2024.
He was a long-time member of Towering Oaks Baptist Church and a loving grandfather, father, and husband.
He served as a submariner in the U.S. Navy, worked for the U.S. Treasury Department, and retired from North American Phillips (Magnavox).
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Minnie Parker, two brothers, a sister, and his wife Bonnie to whom he was lovingly devoted for 63 years.
He is survived by his son Christopher (Ashley) of West Sacramento, CA, granddaughters Margot and Molly, and several nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to a graveside service that will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 8 at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
