"People that knew Fred said he was a fighter right up to the end.
Fred was born August 26, 1931 to the late Robert Ottie and Mary Rader Duncan.
Fred worked for General Electric until he retired in 1993. Fred also ran a business with his son, Eugene, called A-Team Excavating as long as his health permitted.
Our father and grandfather was widely known and respected and although our hearts break now, we know he is in a better place and is no longer suffering. Our hearts will eternally ache for him."
