Mr. Howard was of the Catholic faith and was employed in manufacturing maintenance.
He is survived by friends: Pete and Brenda Keselicka, Stanley Keselicka, Bell Drake, Ron and Jennifer Hurley, Florence Perrin, John Dempsey, Dolores Keselicka, and Bill Ioannou, all of Greeneville, Tennessee.
Friends will be received at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home in Greeneville, Tennessee, 2-4 p.m. on Monday, March 15 preceding the funeral service at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Pastor David Brannock will officiate.
Pallbearers are Pete Keselicka, Ron Hurley, Stanley Keselicka, Andy Ross, Craig Odum, and Joseph Foulks.
