Hal attended Susong Memorial Church as long as his health permitted.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Donnie and Delores Bell; a daughter, Janey Leake; four grandchildren, Sabrina (Hunter) Reed of Mississippi, Sarah (Bryan) Bowers, Dylan Leake, Susan (Daniel) Conner, all of Greeneville; and four great-grandchildren, Alex Leake, Delaney Reed, and Liam and Coen Conner. He is also survived by his nieces, Pam (Curtis) Myers and Debbie (Gary) Shelton, and nephews, Tim (Kelly) Cutshaw and Jimmy Hawk.

Hal was the son of the late Herbert and Georgia Stills and was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Love Stills; his sister and brother-in-law, Naomi and Raymond Cutshaw; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Nancy and Billy Hawk.

The family will receive friends Saturday at 11am-1pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 1pm in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel, officiated by Rev. Clay Wilkerson.

Interment will follow at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.

Special thanks to his caregivers at The Courtyards for Senior Living and, before that, the many caregivers that cared for Hal in his home.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
