

She retired from Hurd Lock Mfg.
Mrs. Reaves was a lifelong member of Solomon Lutheran Church.
Her family noted, “She was an Atlanta Braves baseball fan and she enjoyed Nascar racing. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and will be sadly missed.”
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Gary and Jeannie Reaves; a daughter and son-in-law: Regina and Marty White; grandchildren: Brandi Reaves, Rebecca Uhls and husband, David, and Jaime White; great grandchildren: Cameron Uhls and Gracyn Uhls of Greeneville; a brother and sister-in-law: Charles and Margaret Kinser; and her very special caregivers: Mabel LaFollette and Alice McLaughlin.
She was the daughter of the late C. P. and Myrtle Kinser and was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Reaves, who was the love of her life; two brothers, R. B. and Elbert L. Kinser; and an infant sister, Fredna Kinser.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 8 pm Friday, September 20, 2013, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with
Pastor Sterling Nelson officiating.
Interment will be 10 am Saturday, at Solomon Lutheran Church Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at 9 am Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Michael McClellan, David Uhls, Elbert Kinser, Darwin Kinser, Lanny Kinser, Ted Reaves, Ethan Kinser and Marvin Kinser.
Honorary pallbearers will be the members of Solomon Lutheran Church, the staff of Amedisys Home Health and Hospice, and other family members.
The family would like to thank the staff of Amedisys Home Health and Hospice, especially Denise and Pam, for their loving care.
