Holden Lee Thomas

Holden was in the Kindergarden Class at Debusk Elementary School.

He was a member of Tree of Life Church.

Holden was a caring, sweet boy with a side of spunk and crazy. He loved doing anything outside – fishing, riding his dirt bike, playing in the dirt and loved any kind of adventures. He had a heart of gold and a smile that would light up a room. He will be missed by so many.

Survivors include his parents: Scott and Donna Thomas; a sister and best friend: Savannah Thomas; grandparents: Michelle Eastep/Postel and Brian Debuhl, of Greeneville, Houston Lee and Tracy Thomas of Marshall, NC, Michelle Yackanech of PA; great grandparents: Houston Thomas, Joyce and L.C. King, all of Marshall, NC, Howard Eastep of Greeneville, Michael Edward Yackanech of Northeast, MD; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his “Mamaw Mary and Papaw Wyman Thomas”, Brenda Gosnell, L. H. and Blanche Cutshall, Nancy Rice.

The family will receive friends 1-3 and 5-7 pm Friday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7 pm Friday in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapelwith Rev. Ralph Hensley officiating.

Interment will be 12 noon Saturday at the Thomas Family Cemetery on Brigman Hollow Road in Marshall, NC. Family and friends are asked to meet at 11 am Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Cutshall, Jason Price, Buddy Hensley, Cory Plemmons, Michael Roy Yackanech, and John Yackanech.
