

He was the Meat Market Manager at Ingles on the Asheville Hwy.
His family stated, “To see Jack was to see his smile; to know him was to know a friend.”
Survivors include two daughters who were his pride and joy: Keisha Danielle Price and Jacquelyn Nicole Price and her fiancé, Frankie Bledsoe all of Greeneville; a brother and sister in law: Jeffrey Lynn and Diane Price of Greeneville; a sister and brother in law: Jeannette and Bobby Fillers of Greeneville; brother in law: Malcolm Shepherd of Greeneville; special nieces and their spouses: Deborah Ray and Kenny; Tonya Price Carver and Mark; April Jo Price; Kattie Price all of Greeneville; special nephews and their spouses: Michael Shepherd and Kim; Brad Fillers; Ben Fillers and Jeanette; Toby Price and Sandy all of Greeneville; uncles and aunt: Lynn and Ellie Price of Greeneville; special companion whom he loved: Bridget Gilley of Greeneville; former wife and mother of his children: Joy Story Price of Greeenville; special friends who called him Papaw: Ayden Gilley, Adyson Gilley and Jazlin Adams all of Greeneville.
He was the son of the late Claude and Kathleen Toth Price and was preceded in death by a twin brother, Joseph Wayne Price; a sister, Jerry Sue Shepherd; a brother, James Lester Price and his grandparents: Lester and Della Price and George and Kathleen Toth.
The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 25, 2010, in the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Eddie Malone will officiate. A private interment will be held at a later date.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmie Crum, Rex Bishop, Rex Haney, Ricky Ricker, Dean Cutshaw, Joe Bowman, Dusty Ricker, Rusty Shelton, Mike Snead, Rick Nelson, Lynn Moncier and the employees and friends at Ingles Food Market on the Asheville Highway.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Sunday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
