John Norman Kaczor

He was retired from Doehler-Jarvis and attended Hill Street Church of God.

Mr. Kaczor served in the US Army and Navy.

He is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law: Pamela and John Tory of Knoxville, Tammy Wood of the home; eleven grandchildren: Jeffery and Susie Jennings of Sevierville, Elijah Wood, Isaiah Wood of Mosheim, and Hannah Wood of the home, Juanita Guerrero and Felipe Granados of Knoxville, Emma Nelson and David Nelson of Afton, including two special grandchildren: Jacob and Summer Watkins of the home; four great grandchildren: Alexis Hensley, Haley and Skyler McGuire, and Harlee Sutton; two brothers and one sister-in-law: Leonard and Judy Kaczor and his twin, Joseph Kaczor of Pennsylvania; two sisters and one brother-in-law: Dorothy and John Milles, Stella Slomkia, all of Pennsylvania; several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Margaret Gregg of Parrottsville, Frances and Roy Waddell, Fannie Norton, Kay and Dick Freshour; and special friends: Eddie Hall, Isidro Granados, Jeff Jennings, Harold Wood, Billy and Teresa Banks, Roy and Brenda Roberts, Anna Johnson, Chester and Charlotte Carmack.

He was a son of the late John and Josephine Beal Kaczor and was preceded in death by his wife, Georgia Kaczor; daughter: Kema Watkins; and brother: Walter Kaczor.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday preceding the funeral service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. Danny Ricker will officiate.

Interment will follow at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Graceland Memorial Gardens. Family and friends are requested to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m. Friday to go in procession to the committal service.

His pallbearers are Roy Roberts, Billy Banks, Jeremy Davis, Nathan Smith, David Ivy, and Isidro Granados.

His former fellow-workers at Doehler-Jarvis, Jeff Jennings, Roy Roberts Jr., Chester Carmack, Dick Freshour, Chet Carmack, and Eddie Hall will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The Greene County Honor Guard and the Tennessee National Guard will conduct a military graveside service.
