He is survived by a son, Cody Higgins of Embreeville and a daughter, Danielle Higgins of Buffalo, New York. He is also survived by his mother, Sue Higgins; brothers: Tony, Scottie, Kit and Mark Higgins; and a sister, Tina.
Mr. Higgins was preceded in death by his father, Doyle Higgins.
Friends, family and those that understand the man that was Johnny are invited to the celebration of his life that will be held at the residence of Cody and Danielle Higgins, 138 Furnace Hill Rd.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
