

God knows what He’s doing and we don’t understand why at times, but we trust Him. She was an angel on earth and now she’s a real angel in Heaven. Journee’s favorite word was “Hiddy”.
Survivors include her mother: Ashley Ayers of Greeneville; brother: Wyatt Thomas Ayers of Greeneville; maternal grandparents: Tommy and Arlene Ayers of Greeneville; maternal great grandparents: Neal and Bertie McGill of Greeneville; maternal great grandmother: Dottie Rudd of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee; maternal great-great grandmother: Mildred Jordan of Nashville; aunts and spouses: Kelli Ayers of Greeneville, Brandy and Shawn Turner of Georgia, Chris Pendergrass of Chattanooga; uncles and spouses: Jordan Ayers of Greeneville, Mike and Karen McGill and James and Tiffany Ayers of Soddy-Daisy; a special friend whom she called “Sissy”: Kayla Johnson; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her great grandmother: Jean McGill; great uncle: Jeff McGill; and great aunt: Susie McGill.
The family will receive friends 5-8pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:30pm Sunday, September 15, 2013, in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Raymond Perry officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Pisgah Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Davis, Jerry Jones, Garrison King, and Jordan Ayers.
