Kenneth L. Blake

He retired from Gregg Radiator and was a farmer.

Mr. Blake was of the Baptist faith and attended Limestone Free Will Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years: Martha Marie Bishop Blake; three sons: Duane Blake, Freddy Blake, Chris Blake and wife, Melissa; two daughters: Jamie Jones, Christy Crane and husband, Jason; grandchildren: Cody Blake and wife, Lindsey, Ethan Crane, Sam Blake, Elizabeth Blake, Rebekah Blake, Lauren Jones, Katie Crane and Anna Blake; great grandchildren: Hunter Blake and Justin Blake; one brother: Randy Blake; two sisters: Dixie Blake, Madge Walker and husband, Vance; special friends: Jim and Janet Baker; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was the son of the late Thomas and Malcena Dixon Blake and was preceded in death by a great-granddaughter, Ashlyen Blake.

The family will receive friends 5-7 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 7 pm Thursday, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. David Reece officiating.

Honorary pallbearers are Van Walker, Tommy Walker, Jeff Blake, Lionel Blake, Tony Gunter, Ritchie Bishop, Rocky Hensley, Kevin Laws, Bennie Laws and James Potter

After the service, the body will be cremated.

The family wished to express a special thanks to the staff at Davita Dialysis.
