She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband: John Mitchell; stepson and wife: William and Ethel Mitchell of Greeneville; two step grandsons: Terrence Mitchell and Kiah Trantham; one sister: Ruby Lewis of Chuckey; several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; several special nieces and nephews.
She was the daughter of the late John and Phronie Harrison Wright and was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Reba Hill and Lula Harmon; five brothers, Floyd, Luther, John, Herman, and Ernest Wright.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2010, in the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Mr. Jim Carter will officiate.
The family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. Sunday preceding the service at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
