He was a farmer and roofer.
Mr. Huff was a member of Jackson Chapel Free Will Baptist Church.
He was a member of the Orebank Fire Department for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Betty McLean Huff; a nephew: Gary Huff of Morristown; and a special first cousin: Louise Weems of Greeneville.
He was the son of the late B.G. and Ethel Weems and was preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Huff, and a sister, Lucille Huff.
The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, 2011 in Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel with Rev. Jeff Blake officiating.
Interment will follow in Jackson Chapel Cemetery.
His pallbearers are Mike Combs, Bill Swecker, Don Henry, Roger Combs, Doug Renner, and Steve Wilhoit.
