She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her son: John Rapp; three grandchildren: John Walter Rapp, Cecilia Rapp, George Rapp; step children and spouses: Susie and Dave Kinghorn, Jan and Tom Bennett, Robert and Therisa Lyon, and Nancy Lyon; six step grandchildren; one step great grandchild; and a special friend: Tamesa Rapp.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, Elmer Lyon, and her parents, Harlan and Martha Hadley.
The family extends a special thanks to her caregivers: Clara Hart, Stef Minton, Shannon Sheffield, and Tina Lanzafame.
The body will be cremated. There will be no formal services.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Greene County Humane Society Animal Shelter.
