

She was a homemaker and farmer.
She was a member of Bales Chapel United Methodist Church, a member of Ottway Ruritan Club, and a former member of Greene County Farm Bureau Women.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law: Billy Wade and Kay Olgesby Collins, Ralph Lynn and Debbie Cobble Collins; a daughter and son-in-law: Lynda Collins and Carl Edwards; grandchildren: Christy Collins Tucker and husband, Terry, Craig Adam Collins and wife, Ha Kim Collins, Melody Edwards Brotherton and husband, Scott, Chadwick Ryan Collins, Eric Lee Collins and wife, Keya; step-grandson: Andy Kim Collins; great grandchildren: Kailee Michele Tucker, Kendall Elizabeth Tucker, Bennett Wade Tucker, Landon Kim Collins, Logan Wade Collins, Megan Nicole Brotherton, Lauren Elizabeth Brotherton, Aaron Scott Brotherton, William David Brotherton, Madelyn Carter Brotherton, Carlyn Jane Brotherton, Hannah Grace Collins, Brayden Chay Collins and Kenna Iree Collins; sisters and brothers-in-law: Billie Jo and Jimmy Cox, Jewel Dykes; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Gordon and Karen Kyte, Mary Collins, Peggy and Tommy Pangle, Martha Collins, Dot Collins; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog: Frisco.
She was the daughter of the late Willie “Bill” Everett and Nellie Carmel Carter and was preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Douglas Collins, Jr., and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Wiley and Daisy Elizabeth Seal Collins.
The family will receive friends 12- 2 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dixie Miller, Rev. Judy Simmons, and Rev. Jim Fain officiating.
Interment will follow in GreeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Chad Collins, Eric Collins, Aaron Brotherton, William Brotherton, Scott Brotherton and Joe Harmon.
Honorary Pallbearers are Jimmy Cox, Bobby Brown, Doyle Brown, Jimmy Foshie, Roger Gaskins, Tom Hite, Darrell Key, Mark Lane, Doyle Key, Esco Manuel, Steve Miller, Doug Mullins, Eddie Tickles and Gary White.
The family wished to express a special thanks to the staff of Laughlin Healthcare Center and to the staff of Caris Healthcare, especially Phyllis Jordan Day and Janet Varney.
