

She loved the Lord and attended Red Hill Church faithfully and taught Sunday School there for several years. She loved everyone with whom she came in contact and was willing to help anyone who had a need.
Jean was a graduate of Camp Creek High School, Greeneville Business School, and attended Florida Southern College, Lakeland, Florida. She retired from Lockheed Martin after 30 years.
She is survived by two daughters: Teresa Castleman (Lex) of Pensacola, Florida, and Barbara John (Bob) of Lehi, Utah; and her grandchildren, who were her world: Teri Christensen, Robert John, Kevin John, Cliff Castleman, Rachel Morris, and eight great grandchildren.
Jean was preceded in death by her husband: Elmer Luttrell, her parents: Edgar Bowman and Bonnie Jones Bowman; sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary Belle and Henry Hankal, Reba and Alonzo Bird, Betty Jo and J.D. House, Ernest and Imogene Bowman, and an infant.
Pallbearers will be Cliff Castleman, Lex Castleman, A. J. Bird, Jr., Jake Bird, and Sam Hensley, Jacob Laird, and Jay House. Honorary Pallbearers will be Robert John and Kevin John.
The family wishes to express special thanks to Elizabeth Hensley and Frances Bird.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 pm Thursday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Friday at Andrew Johnson National Cemetery with Rev. Teresa Castleman officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 am Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
