Rex Ferguson

He was an avid gamer and also loved being in nature.

Rex is survived by his father, Harold (Lisa) Johnson; a sister, Chelsie (Zeb) Smith; nieces, Ivie and Poppie Smith; aunts and uncles: Greggory Shaw, Rodney Walker, Arnold Johnson and Lisa Willis, Donald and Debbie Johnson, Amanda Quillen and Bobby Greer; Cousins: Richard Johnson, Stanley Quillen and family, Sara Quillen and family, Shayan Johnson and family; Sheldon Johnson, Sheena Boyd and family, Shonya Johnson and family, Eric Johnson and family, Traci Johnson and family, and Robert Johnson and family; special friends: Sherry Cutshaw, Daniel Cutshaw, Dave Charles, and Josh Tarlton.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Don and Betty Shaw, Pete and Sylvia Johnson; his mother, Wanda Johnson; and sister, Crystal Johnson.

The family will receive friends at 12- 2:00 pm Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The funeral service will then be held at 2:00 pm in the chapel with interment to follow at River Hill Cemetery. Rev. Buford Metcalf and Rev. Jim Fillers will officiate.

Pallbearers are Richard Johnson, Stanley Quillen, Robert Johnson, Shayan Johnson, John Boyd, Zeb Smith, Bobby Greer, Donald Johnson, and Eric Johnson.
