

He was employed at Green County Skills where he had special friends and co-workers.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Martin Walsh.
He is survived by his mother: Clara Margaret Walsh of Greeneville; three brothers: James and Wendy Walsh of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Ray and Lisa Walsh of Gambrills, Maryland, and Gary Walsh of Greeneville; two sisters: Gwen Blackburn of Greeneville and Kathy and Chip Wilson of Dresden, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and two aunts and one uncle of Maryland.
He was a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church and Lord’s Tabernacle Church on Arnold Road.
He had special friends Robin Shepard and Duane Hensley.
His mother was his caregiver and took care of Richard his whole life.
The family will receive family and friends from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. Afterwards, Richard will be taken to Lee’s Funeral Home in Clinton, Maryland and laid to rest next to his father at Resurrection Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be nephews, angels in heaven.
Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
