He retired from American Greetings.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years: Diane Ricker; a son: Randy Ricker and Kasey Moore; three grandchildren: Laney Ricker, Zoe Ricker and Maddox Ricker; brothers: Phil Ricker and wife, Sharon, Rickie Ricker, and Eddie Ricker; nephews: Brian Ricker and Tony Ricker; nieces: Tammy Littlejohn, Mandy Rochester, Sarah Spencer; brother-in-law: Thomas Brackins, Jr.; and a special cousin: Ronda Lee.

He was the son of the late Arlie and Josephine Ricker and was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Ricker.

A graveside service will be held 11 am Friday, June 8, 2018, at Rehobeth Cemetery with Rev. Leonard Cutshaw and Rev. Randall Tipton officiating. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10 am Friday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Brian Ricker, Tim Thomas, Darvin Crum, Curtis Anderson, Mike Blue, and Stacy
