Ruth Knight Myers

She was a homemaker and retired from George C. Moore.

Mrs. Myers was a member of Cedar Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was also a member of the Cedar Hill Women’s Group.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law: Gene and Matilda Myers, Bobby and Fredna Myers, Norman and Helen Myers and David Kenneth “Kenny” Myers of the home; grandsons and spouses: Jeffrey Myers, Richard and Michelle Myers, Chris and Karen Myers, Steve and Nicole Myers; granddaughter and spouse: Kim and Jimmy Brown; great grandchildren: Bradley Myers, Levi Myers, Mason Myers, Katie Myers, Adam Myers, Steven Myers, Alyssa Myers, Christen Hall, Kaylee Myers, Valerie and Aaron Heater, Victoria Cooper, and Haven Brown; great-great granddaughter: Hadlee Hall; great-great grandsons: Ethan, Trevor and Cory Heater; brothers and sisters: Frances Knight Burger, Charlotte Knight Parman, Henard Knight, Glenna Knight Blake, Ralph Knight, Gerald Knight, Curtis Knight, Sunny Knight Cutshall, Ronnie Knight, and Billy Knight; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Lloyd Denver Myers; a grandson: Randy Myers; seven brothers; one sister; her parents: William and Lisa Knight; and her step mother: Roxie Jobe Knight.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff of the 3rd floor at Laughlin Memorial Hospital, the staff of Laughlin Health Care, and Vickie Daughtery and staff.

The family will receive friends from 12pm-2pm Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.

Following visitation, the funeral service will be held at 2pm in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Rex Brown officiating.

Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Richard Myers, Levi Myers, Chris Myers, Steve Myers, Bradley Myers, Jeff Myers, Adam Myers, and Joe Harmon.
