

She was a guidance counselor at Greeneville High School.
Mrs. Ramsey was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.
She was a graduate of West Greene High School and received her Bachelors of Science in Education, as well as her Masters Degree from ETSU.
Survivors include her husband: Mark Ramsey; daughter: Paige Ramsey of the home; son: Ben Ramsey of the home; father and mother: Jack and Carolyn Roark of Mosheim; brother: Brett Roark of Greenville, South Carolina; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Bob and Barbara Ramsey of Bulls Gap; special aunts and uncles: Peggy and Sammy Fox of Greeneville, Wayne and Ella Harrell, Eddie and Jackie Sue Harrell, Barbara Harrell of Talbot, Tennessee, David and Janice Harrell of Russellville, Tennessee, Jimmy and Karen Harrell of California, Perry and Christina Harrell of Germany, Ginger and David Blurton of Brownsville, Tennessee; sister-in-law and brother-in-law: Rita and Myron Harris of Spartanburg, South Carolina; niece and nephew: Aaron Petty and Jessica Gibson; several special cousins, including: Deanna and Greg Bowman of Greeneville, Donna and Brian Noland of Johnson City; and her special friends: Robin Shepherd of Mosheim, LouAnne Zibas of Knoxville, Denise Sissom of Clinton, Tennessee, and the staff and friends of Greeneville High School.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Fred and Beulah Roark, Ted and Virginia Harrell; and an uncle and aunt, Larry and Becky Harrell.
The family will receive friends at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday preceding the service at 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Rev. David Woody and Rev. Lou Kizer will officiate.
Interment will follow at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at GreeneLawn Memory Gardens. It is requested that family and friends that would like to join the family to go in procession to the committal service, meet at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Her pallbearers will be Greg Bowman, Brian Noland, Pat Dickey, Ricky Shepherd, Brian Wilhoit, and Adam Shepherd.
