She was a caregiver.
Survivors include her daughter: Natasha Carey of Greeneville; and grandson: Damien Knight of Greeneville.
She was the daughter of the late Donald and Lennis Thornburg.
The family will receive friends from 2-4pm Sunday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home
Following the visitation, a memorial service will be held at 4pm Sunday, February 2, 2014, in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to be given to the Kiser-Rose Hill for the Carey family to assist on the memorial service.
