Thomas J. Johnson

He was an Environmental Engineer for the State of Rhode Island. Tom served in the United State Air Force.

Tom loved to piddle and tinker around the house, keeping busy and spending time with his grandchildren. He also loved western movies and visiting car shows. He was one of the biggest fans of the New England Patriots.

He is survived by a son, Tommy Johnson of West Warwick, Rhode Island; daughters, Kristen Carlone of West Warwick, Rhode Island and Andrea Phillips of Cranston, Rhode Island; son, Josh Buono and Jessica Miller of Ponte Verde Beach, Florida; Joey and Candice Buono of Greeneville; Steve and Kelsie Buono of Lakeland, Florida; granddaughters, Jaci Buono of Greeneville, Annabella Buono of Greeneville and Addilyn Buono of Lakeland, Florida; grandsons, Silas Buono of Lakeland, Florida and Rhett Buono of Lakeland, Florida.

Tom was preceded in death by his wife of 17 years, Lisa Marie (Buono) Johnson and his wife of 19 years, Joanne Martinelli Johnson; father and mother, Thomas Joseph Johnson, Sr. and Shirley Irons.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 2 - 4 pm at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow at 4 pm with Father Joseph Kuzhupil officiating.

Military Rites will be performed by Greene County Honor Guard.
