

She attended Overlook FWB Church.
Mrs. Foulks was retired.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law: L.A. and Linda Doty of Bulls Gap, Don and Ann Doty of Whitesburg, Ronnie and Tammie Ball of Greeneville; daughters and sons-in-law: Shirley and Rex Kuykendall of Mosheim, Lana Kay and Rick Blake of Chuckey, Vera Cox of Greeneville, Mitzi and Tommy Wilkerson of Greeneville, and Pam Ball Ward of Greeneville; step-child: Rena Watts of Illinois; fourteen grandchildren; twenty five great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by husbands: James Foulks and Raymond Ball; a child: Connie D. Ball; two step-children: Anna Lee Lister and Linda Sue Ball; brothers: John R. Hurd, Charles Hurd, J.W. Hurd; and sisters: Oma Bowers and Pearl McAmis Dishner.
The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm Tuesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, June 17, 2015 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Dwayne Steele and Rev. Danny Ricker officiating.
Interment will follow in Carter’s Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be J.R. Wilkerson, Dennis Bowers, Roger Bowers, Garcia McAmis, J.C. Hurd, and Greg Cox.
The family extends a special thanks to the nurses’ aides and staff of Life Care Center of Greeneville and the staff of Smokey Mountain Hospice.
