Victor Baby Boy/ Lil Vic Charles Mendoza II

Victor Charles Mendoza II, age 6 weeks, 2 days, son of Victor Charles Mendoza, Sr. and Shawntaine Hartman, of Carpenters Chapel Road, Mosheim, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at Takoma Regional Hospital.

The family states, “We will always love him and he will never be forgotten”. ''Forever and Always in our Hearts''.

In addition to his parents his is survived by a sister: Destiny Faye Ashanti Mendoza; a brother: Spencer Exavier Mendoza; grandparents: Earl and Carolyn Smith, Billy and Jodie Adams, James Hartman; great grandparents: Phyllis Wheeler, Jackie Hartman, and Susie Smith; an aunt: Chevelle Mendoza; an uncle: Lewis Smith; cousins: Teddy Wilhoit, Veronica Wilhoit, Mercedez Mendoza, Serene Martin; great aunts and uncles: Jenny Martin, Ted and Kim Wilhoit, Daryl and Tammy Powers; many other special family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great grandparents. Patsy Hartman, Lillian Burton, Jack

Wheeler, Lester and Patricia Mathes; a great great uncle, Kyle Fann.

The funeral service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 1, 2011, in the Kiser-Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Byrl Fann will officiate. Interment will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, in Persia Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Teddy Wilhoit and Victor Mendoza.

The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home. Family and friends are asked to meet at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery for the committal service.
