Wanda Lynell Horner

She retired from Circuit Systems of Tennessee.

Wanda was a member of Crossroads Church on Fairgrounds Road.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years: Kyle Horner; daughter and son-in-law: Kathy and Allen Hughes; two sons and a daughter-in-law: David and Michele Horner and Jamie Horner and his fiancée, Susan Heiser; grandson and his wife: Chris and Tracy Horner; her special pet: “Sassy”; nephew: J. D. Swatzell; and one aunt: Dorothy Ledford.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Luke and Pauline Swatzell.

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

The family will receive friends from 4pm-6pm Thursday at Crossroads Church.

The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday at the church with Rev. David Dugger officiating.

Interment will be at 1:00 pm Friday in New Bethel Cemetery. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church at 12:00 pm to go in procession to the cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Charles Horner, Randy Renner, Keith Ginley, Kenny Wilson, Allen Hughes, and Ronnie Whitaker.

Honorary pallbearers are Chris Horner, Bill Renner, Dr. Prince and the ICU staff at Laughlin, Dr. Bakshi and staff, and the nursing staff of 4-West at Laughlin.
