She is survived by three sisters: Dorothy (Johnny) Ottinger, Gail (Terry) Tweed, and Kathy Dean; a brother, Virgil Marshall; best friend, caregiver, and partner through life: Rebecca Oaks; special friend, Barbara Oaks; very special great niece, who was the light of her life: Peyton Dudley; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William (Bill) and Leona Marshall; two brothers, Wayne Marshall and Charles Ray Laws; and one sister, Linda Dudley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
