

He was a professional truck driver for Penske Logistics of Byhalia, Mississippi.
Mr. Sheeks had a great personality and was easy to like. He had many special friends with whom he worked. He loved sports, especially baseball and bowling.
Survivors include his wife of 7 years: Flora “Flo” Sheeks; two daughters: Sharon Kay Twilla and Diane Sheeks, both of Memphis; one son: Billy Ray Sheeks, of Cordova, Tennessee; two step daughters: Tracy Campbell and husband, Neil, Stacy Banks and husband, Edward; a stepson: Joshua Broyles; 16 grandchildren including a special grandson, Aaron Banks; three great grandchildren; one sister: Mary Frances McCart; three aunts; several nieces and nephews; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
He was the son of the late William and Effie Chesser Sheeks and was preceded in death by a
sister, Dorothy Sanders.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 2011, in the Kiser Rose Hill Chapel. Rev. Roger Ball and Rev. Barry Reed will officiate. Interment will follow at GeeneLawn Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Broyles, Bobby Cutshall, Mark Twilla, Hartsell Cutshall, Orville Cutshall, and Buddy Cutshall.
The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Kiser Rose Hill Funeral Home.
