Bill was born on March 9, 1955 in Würzburg, Germany.
He worked in manufacturing as a CNC operator at Parker-Hannifin.
Survivors include a son: William “Rocky” Francis Stone III; daughter: Lawana Hope Simpkins; two grandsons: Caleb Andrew Simpkins and Matthew Chandler Simpkins; fiancé: Irene Minker; future stepson: Zack Minker; two brothers: John R. Stone and David B. Stone; sister: Laurie E. McClurg; several nieces, nephews, and friends; and his special friends at Parker Hannifin.
He was the son of the late William Francis Stone Sr. and Barbara Ann Murphy Stone
A Memorial Service will be held at 3pm Sunday, October 13, 2013, in Hardin Park in Greeneville, Tennessee with David Smelcer officiating.
