She attended Overlook Drive FWB Church.

She is survived by a daughter: Charlene Ridley; son: Lloyd Jackson; a daughter she raised: Angie Martin; grandson she raised: Lee Hinkle; granddaughter: Heather Gregg; grandsons: Joey and Sammy Cogdill; granddaughter: Victoria Martin; great grandchildren: Brooklyn, Coedy, Isaiah, Jayden, Cole, and Noah; eleven great grandchildren: special sister and caregiver who she lived with: Pat Southerland; two brothers: Alfred, Franklin and Bobby Franklin and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Virgil Jackson; one daughter: Darlene Jackson; parents: Joe and Nina Franklin; three sisters: Betty Burger, Ann Hussey and Jane Jeffers.

The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Wednesday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home. The service will follow at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gary Gass and Dwayne Steele officiating. Interment will follow the service at Mosheim Central.

Pallbearers will be: Coedy Hinkle, Lee Hinkle, Jayden Taylor, Noah Taylor, and Rick Gregg.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Cole Johnson, Mike Martin and Wyndell Banks.

Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
