Dear Karen and Karlie,

We are so deeply grieved to hear of the Mike’s passing. 
We both remember working with the two of you and always hearing you talk of Mike with such love and admiration and always with much humour.
We hope your heart will heal soon, and our thought are with you through this time.

Mikey a.k.a "The Jobber" Was truly a wonderful man. Knew him since high school and still hung out together. I shared an office with @ Homelife Realty. He was the best salesman and lead getter I ever knew over 40 years in that business.  Jobber was the typical gregarious red head. We were the odd couple @ Homelife. Me with the business degree and pressed suits & ties. Mikey a little more casual a less organized. The only fault I ever found with my office mate was he would always steal my pens. Rather than getting mad at him I just started buying boxes of cheap pens instead and hiding my fancy ones.

My condences to the family.
Mike and I went to high school together. We used to hang out. I remember his funny sense of humour and his reddish hair. We had many laughs together.
Over the years I tried to find him on Facebook with no luck. He was one of the few friends I had in highschool, that I would have loved to connect with in my adult years. It saddens me that he was so close in proximity, yet our paths never crossed again.
When the phrase "  the patience of Jobb " was ever  read or said, I thought of him. 
Rest in peace Mike.
You were a great guy way back then, and I'm sure you were until the end.

I grew up in Georgetown with Jobber.  He and I were great friends and though he moved away quite some time ago I will always have great memories of Mike and in fact his entire family.  Mike was an excellent hockey player and I’ll always remember his infectious laugh and  enthusiasm.  He was in fact my wife’s first boyfriend, aged 8 or 9!!    One story I recall, Mike and I hangin out at my house one day, my older brother came looking for me sayin his denim jacket was missing.   The next day Jobber showed up with a jacket very similar to the one in question, though no accusations were levied,  I think Mike got away it!!!   The years and distance might have got in the way but I’ll always remember Mike with fondness and love.  Godspeed Mike.  Sarge.

Seeing Mike at the golf course in the morning rain or shine always made my day. He was in his element on the course and had a real passion for the game. He often spoke of his family with great pride. Knowing Mike was like the best thing seeing him smile from ear to ear .  We at Vic Park will miss him dearly.

PS. I sure wish I could hit a fairway wood like Mike. He was smoothe.

His positive attitude and beaming smile and outlook in life always made you feel better for the rest of the day. 
I was always amazed on how many rounds of golf he played in a season.

Condolences to you all.  Sad to hear that Jobber passed away, although doing what he loved..taking care of the best rink in Guelph!  Missed the old days having him at work, out for a round of golf or at the rink and he will always be remembered…more recently playing the old guitar at Vic!  lol..Just a great guy, with whom I had the privilege to know.

I am truly sorry for your loss. 

I worked with Mike both at ABB and Hammonds and he was always a happy go lucky type of person. Always willing to help out a fellow friend. 
He will surely missed on the ice at Dovercliffe Park.

Mike was a great member of the HPS family.  He was always willing to offer golf advice and lessons to employees.  A team player who cared a lot about his friends and was always willing to offer a helping hand.  And when golf season came along, it was always amazing how many games he could fit in a day.  Your energy and friendship will be greatly missed Mike!

Mikey, or Milky as he became well known in certain circles (we have autocorrect to thank for that one!), will be someone remembered as an absolute gem.  I had the pleasure of getting to know him since joining Vic East in 2014.  

Through that time I have seen many iterations of how to make a door-handle work or even stay on a vehicle, I have been presented with an actual business card for virtually every service known to man (I still don't know how he fit all of them in his wallet, but then again it did put the Costanza wallet to shame), and I got to witness first-hand the golf swing that took down many a player (yours truly for more times than I care to admit).

His guitar prowess was matched by his personality; always present, always vibrant, and always something to be appreciated. (and definitely always remembered by Vic's driving range patrons)

I will miss you dearly my friend, but happy to know that you will be looking down fondly to remind us of how many hole in ones you have, and how many we don't!

We are so very sorry to hear of Mike's sudden passing and extend our sincere condolences.
Mike was a fixture at Victoria Park E. and always had a big smile and a handshake whenever I saw him on the course or on the patio.

Lisa, my dear friend, Peter and I are so very sorry for the loss of your brother. I know Mike was special in your heart, and he  would’ve been proud of you for how well you’ve learned to play the guitar.  I saw his story in the paper and it touched my heart that he was very supportive of the community and its projects like the outdoor skating rink. His spirit of giving back to the community is something that you shared and I know he would also have been proud of you for giving  the proceeds of your music gigs to worthy causes like the local food bank. I was fortunate to know Mike through our love of golf at Victoria Park East. He always had a smile on his face and loved to regal us at the 19th hole with every shot he took on that day’s round. LOL
He will be sorely missed.

Sorry to hear about the passing of Mike from Audrey and Rudi of Hamilton Ontario.  Altho we have never met, it was known by cousin Audrey who you were. Karen was my very first niece!
