Royetta was the devoted wife of Peter Speziale (2011), loving mother of Kim (2022) (Wayne) Andrews and Mike (Tammy) Speziale, adoring Nana of Ian (Maya), Brady and Noah Andrews, Grandma of Leath (Gracey) and Rubie Speziale, cherished Granny of Logan Andrews, treasured sister of Mary Duffin and Eva Tucker (Brian, 2017) and sister-in-law of Harry (Colleen) Speziale. Royetta was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Duffin, siblings, Tom (Janice) and Hazel Duffin, brothers-in-law Raymond, Frank, Vince, Angelo, and Robert Speziale and sister-in-law, Joanne Speziale. She will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and her numerous friends.
Although our hearts are heavy, we will cherish the many memories of her generous and loving spirit and rejoice in the knowledge that she lived life to the fullest.
The thanks of the family is extended to the Staff of Stone Lodge Retirement Residence and to the ICU staff at Guelph General Hospital for the loving care, they showed Royetta in her final hours.
Visitation will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, 28 May 2026 at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon St. Guelph, ON. A Funeral Service will take place in the chapel at 7:00 pm. following the visitation.
